I've won an award!!

I'VE WON AN AWARD

I won this award today from the excellent Han at http://hanscraftycreations.blogspot.com/ I now need to pass this award on:
The rules for this award:
1. The winner can put the logo on her blog.
2. Link the person you received your award from.
3. Nominate at least 7 other blogs. (I don't know many as I've only had my blog 3 weeks!)
4. Put links of those blogs on yours.
5. Leave a message on the blogs you've nominated.
I have thought about this and I have nominated the following fab people:

Christmas in June

This is my Christmas in June card as set by Jo at http://daringcardmakers.blogspot.com/ Hope you like it.

Christmas in June... This week there's a seasonal dare - just not this season :) I would love this week for you all to make a Christmas card... (yes I know it is only June tee hee) With a nice Christmassy scene just to get us all in the festive spirit and to pave the way for all the cards that we have yet to make....

Anna Griffin card

I made this card with my friend last week, using her papers and stamps. I know the paper is Anna Griffin (beautiful) but can't remember the stamp name.

Papertake Weekly Challenge

The challenge this week at http://papertakeweekly.blogspot.com/ was a sketch by Katarina. Hope you like my take on the theme.

Butterfly

This is one of my older cards which is fairly simple. Sometimes I think less is more.

Assortment

I made these this year for various family birthdays. Simple but I think effective. Hope you like them.

Charlie & Lola

My daughter desperately wanted a Charlie & Lola themed birthday last year and I couldn't find a card or cake anywhere unless I spent a fortune. So I made this one instead. She loved it which is the main thing.

Nan's card

I made this last year for my nan using mulberry paper and skeleton leaves with gem flowers. I also made one for my sister and mother-in-law. I think they're very simple and effective.

Friends

This is made for Hannah to say thanks for being such a good friend. I'm sorry but I can't remember the name of the stamp!! I used the Papermania For Him backing papers as they went so well with the colours I'd watercoloured the stamp with. I like it, hope you do too.

Train card 3

This is for another colleague. Her grandad is having a birthday and her mum wanted a card that's a bit personal, hence the trains. I've not personalised them yet but will publish them when they are completely finished. Hope you like.....

Motorbike Card

This card is for a colleague who's son is 30. It's not personalised with age etc yet but hope she likes it anyway. I've used Anita's outline stickers and Papermania For Him papers and ribbons.

Tilda & Co Challenge 25 We Gone Dottie

We Gone Dottie!! Would love to see the use of dots on your work this week. A little easier than last week’s! So grab all things Dottie and get creative! Please remember your work must include at least 1 Magnolia stamp.

This is my entry. I used the stamp which I love (sorry I'm still a stamping novice and can't remember her name, I think it's Tilda). I used Basic Grey papers and Dovecraft ribbon and brads. Hope you like it.....

Train card 2

Train card - not sure about this one. Don't think I like the way the watercoloured outline sticker has turned out. What do you think?

Hippy wagon

Another flower power camper van!

Flower power

Camper vans seem to be the in thing at the moment so I made this one with flower power in mind.

Fathers Day

I made this card for my kids to give their dad on Fathers Day. Hope you like it.

King Tut

I got the Joanna Sheen CD with Egyptian Adventure images for my birthday last month and made this one. I think it looks stunning. (That sounds pompous and I don't mean to but I love the gold images).

Cute pony

Thanks Hannah for showing me how to do this. This is the first ever card I made from a stamp I watercoloured. I think it turned out well for a first attempt.

Starburst decoupage

This is something I bought at the Make It Show Farnborough, and I love it. Starburst decoupage are so easy but really effective.

Just a note.....

Again, a technique I've learnt from a good friend, watercolouring stamps. Great fun.

Orange Angel

I love this stamp, I think she's called Tilda. She's so cute. A friend showed me how to stamp and watercolour. Hope you like my choice of colours. I think she's beautiful.

Egyptian Card

I made this as I love these cards. I saw them at the Make It Show in Farnborough earlier this year and fell in love with them. They are so vibrant and unusual. Hope you like it.

Train Card

This is my first card I've made for my brand new blogspot for a friend at work's grandad - hope she likes it!!!
