HELP please, ethnic card ideas required

Help please. My sister has asked me to make an ethnic wedding card as she's going to her friend's Islamic wedding on Friday 13th! Any ideas? She's going with the bride to be to have her hands henna'ed the day before and I've got an idea what that looks like but other than that I'm stuck. I don't want to do the wrong thing and cause offense or distress. Help, I'd be really grateful. Thanks.
