I decided today I'm still not going back to work this evening. Although the weather has sort of improved (melting snow) I'm not sure if the buses are running and what the weather will be like at the end of my shift (9pm) for David to pick me up. Don't fancy getting cold and making my chest worse again. So, they can lump it if they don't like it....
Also, although hubby got to work today and is leaving early after yesterday's fiasco, I'm not sure whether he'll fancy more driving in the dark/snow if not necessary.....
